This used to be a great app. It afforded me the ability to communicate with my Doctor's and their staffs seamlessly. Now I can't even log in. My best guess is that while it was convenient for me, it was a burden for those who were tasked with the responsibility to respond and convey the information in the patient portal. Otherwise why not fix it. Everyone has the same complaint, I thought it was just me.

For no reason this app says wrong password. Even after resetting it multiple times it won't let you log in and this issue has been going on for the last few months and nobody cares to fix it.

Doesn't work most of the time, I put my user and password. Change my password still doesn't work!!! Useless. Cpn don't even repond. A waste of time!!
